These TOS govern your use of Akedo and its services, and by using Akedo, you agree to be bound by these TOS.

 

1. Eligibility and Registration

 

You must be 16 years of age or older to use Akedo, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Akedo, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to use Akedo and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.

 

2. User Conduct

 

You agree not to use Akedo to:

 

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others

• Post, upload, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity

• Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to use Akedo

• Engage in any conduct that violates any laws or regulations

 

3. User-Generated Content

 

Akedo allows users to create and share user-generated content ("UGC"), such as comments and reviews. By uploading UGC to Akedo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the UGC in any media or format. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant this license.

 

You are solely responsible for the UGC that you upload to Akedo, and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any UGC. We reserve the right to remove any UGC that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these TOS or is otherwise objectionable.

 

4. Intellectual Property

Akedo contains intellectual property owned by us, such as trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. You agree not to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

 

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your use of Akedo at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

Akedo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Akedo.

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these TOS or your use of Akedo shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
